Cold, or what approximates winter in NYC has lasted all of about a week. Then we’ve got the warm temps this week, and a cool down to temps that are still at or above normal. This month has seen only a handful of days where temps were normal or below normal.

In NYC 18 days with temps at or above normal - including temps well into the 50s (normal temps are 38/28). Even the low daily temps are running 10 degrees above normal here. The two stints with colder temperatures simply don’t balance things out.
