Granted, but I still think it’s a stretch. In the nursing biz you can do many things which can also be considered assault like telling the patient to get his ass back in the fucking bed or accidently giving him a med that he refused. (I haven’t done it yet, but sometimes people open all the meds in the med room and forget which is which, and then the patient says I don’t want the BP pill and you can’t remember which one is the BP pill and so you just say OK I took it out, down the hatch!)
