As I said though, I think you should gain your voting rights back when you get out and as strongly pro gun control as I am, I feel that way about guns too though I have to say, I’m a little wary about giving 2A rights back to violent offenders.

I’m less wary about giving voting rights back once you’ve served your time than I am gun rights. A lot harder to kill someone directly with a vote, regardless of the crime you service sentence for.
