I must say that I do not assume his guilt as you do. I find his contention of self defense plausible at this time. But ‘plausible’ doesn’t cut it in court either. The standard for a ‘stand-your-ground’ hearing is ‘Preponderance of the Evidence’ and the burden of proof is on the defendant.

Ok, now are we talking about guilt as far as molestation or guilt as in Martin’s murder?
