Right now, my current theory as to how the Pakistani ended up in my Maternal Grandfather’s DNA.

The Mongols fought, and got as far in as to be able to defeat the Poles and Teutonic Knights. I am also aware that the Mongols would sometimes take men from the defeated peoples they went through.

Among those were the Punjab and the Sindh. So, for some reason, my x-times great-grandfather ends up in Europe after this, and he gets a woman pregnant.

That’s the best theory I can come up with.
