I am not sure what the set up is there, but I’d imagine the only way for the UK to do this would be to cut access to the whole embassy. That could probably cause some diplomatic issues. My guess would be the Ecuadorians.

theyd have difficulty functioning without any internet and likely it would be all over the news if they didnt agree to it. gotta be inside the building
