I dunno. I think those are a little different. The former is denying a historical event. The latter is calling a man who performed a legal procedure a murderer and likening him to Dr. Mengele as O’Reilly did if memory serves. It’s an interesting issue. I consider myself a strong supporter of the 1st but I think people who think there should be no consequences for saying outrageous crap are fooling themeslves.

The same people who engage in Holocaust denial also encourage overtly or covertly attacks by their followers on Jews and others. They use a veneer of intellectualism to encourage violence.
