A former informal adviser to President Trump’s campaign, on Thursday claimed that he believes special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russia’s election meddling is a partisan plot to make Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and possibly even Hillary Clinton president.
