I wonder if the dems weren’t behind it. They are getting a lot of attention they wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. It isn’t as if Demint was in real trouble. This keeps the dems on the front page.

Please, you can’t possibly believe that, they’re nowhere near that clever, or suicidal. All attention isn’t good, they’re mostly getting the negative kind; failure to campaign and do their damned research, and now being forced to share a label with a kiddie flasher.
