Self-publish? Might do that with two vampire/horror novels I banged out some years back. How much is needed to do that?

Amazon and others will do it on-demand for free, for a cut of the sales.
No need for expensive vanity publishers. Just have Amazon do it, and buy ads on the internet. Makes it really easy for people to buy, and they don’t have to decide if they trust you with their credit card numbers. Amazon takes care of it.
