Sorry, I wasn’t clear. I expect a huge cut in OSHA funding resulting in fewer cases ever getting to the settlement stage. You can’t enforce what you can’t afford to investigate.

It would go a long way if the word “Regulation” was replaced with the word “Protection” by the D’s whenever an R yells “Overreaching regulation by the Federal Gubbmint!”.
