Honestly, what can GoFundMe do? Sure it’s fraud but is it actually illegal? The couple weren’t set up as a charity. I think this would be new case law.

Fraud violates their terms of service. Fraud is also illegal (though laws are still being written in some states about rape-by-fraud).
