That’s pretty much what I’ve thought too.

Amy will need to look better, more presidential, and Pete’s gayness is not an issue for me (his experience is), but it would be an issue for endless attacks from the other side.

Warren is waaaaay too dowdy, Biden would need dynamite under his butt to incite any momentum, and Bernie is too old, frail, and frankly just plain goddamn nuts. I think the rest will fall to the wayside, and I hope sooner than later.

Any of these people are preferable to The Orange One, but that doesn’t mean they will beat him. Not in their present form, anyway.

Should have put snark tags next to my comment about Amy and her “presidential” look. Amy strikes me as being similar to Hillary — but without Hillary’s “baggage”. She’s younger, with more Senate experience, without the 30 years of unrelenting right wing attacks, and more importantly, not married to Bill. She doesn’t have Hillary’s experience as Secretary of State — but then the RW cannot Benghazi her. She may not be dynamic but she is solid and no reason that she could not do better than Hillary,
assuming that the election is fair.
