That last tweet is indicative of how Ammon is trying to change his criminal trial into some sort of constitutional argument thing.

The problem Bundy is going to have is that no one’s constitutional rights are being violated by the government owning property. But let’s assume, for a moment, that they are. What he and his compadres should have done was go into the compound, sit until the feds come in, get arrested, and go to trial for that. There are so many other laws he’s broken since then that he’ll be spending time in jail for all of those.
