About the same isn’t the same. FEMA didn’t put up concentration camps but that didn’t excuse them from messing up in New Orleans in Katrina. There was the start of the economic crisis, although that didn’t end up in the Second Great Depression.

Lazardo - FEMA didn’t mess up NOLA. It was messed up before Katrina.
Really. Honestly. And then Blanco and Nagin squabbled and napped and wept and couldn’t do anything right, before or after. Any issues with FEMA were minor compared to all else. Truly.
