Good Morning JS, I can’t help but reply to this affront that was handed to you on the subject of this “Cowboy” for obviously he is from a redneck area of our country. I, as a certified firearms instructor and a competitive speed shooter, do humbly apologize for the poor attitude of a fellow American. Anyone who has a brain in his head knows you don’t say and do things that this idiot did and if I knew who this person was I’d give him a piece of my mind! I am truly sorry you had that experience, please note that not all American that carry guns on a regular basis feel the same way and this guy id unbalanced and should loose his guns permanently just for treating you this way. I am also personally glad he was not allowed to carry his gun in Canada, he should never be allowed to carry one again in my book.

Thanks for the apology it’s appreciated but not necessary. Sometimes people just stink no matter where they come from. Just like the story about the Canadian in Vegas, some people are just rude and ignorant. At the time I was living and working in this international resort where thousands of Americans came through. The majority of the people I taught were from the US so I had more then enough experience to compare him too. They weren’t anything like this guy nor would I expect them to be and yeah I agree he did seem really unbalanced. Of course the hundreds of other stories I could tell about American visitors would be pretty boring to relate. It’s the nutty ones of course that stick out and make a good yarn.
