I can’t tell you how many times I hear “Unions once had a use but they’re not needed anymore.”

Which is usually said by someone who either has a white collar job or who has risen to an executive level in their career. I’ve had that argument with friends, with them telling me about all the shitty union people they used to know Back In The Day and how lazy and corrupt they all were and how unions are a thing of the past.
