The FDNY had to break up Hasidic weddings over the past few days as they ignore the orders and requests to stop holding events over 500 people, and to cut attendance. Just because you move them outside doesn’t make it any less dangerous.

There are pockets of severe outbreaks in NYC, and I wonder about those living in apartment buildings, where people are in close contact and have to share surfaces - elevators, stairs, garbage chutes, etc., and makes cross contamination all but certain.

The cases are rising all across the NYC metro area.

I have a bad feeling about this. /Han shot first.
