Some schools act if someone bites a pop-tart into the shape of a gun, and others let a deeply disturbed kid like this stay in school. Of course, the parents won’t have warned the principle that they’d just introduced a gun into this disaster waiting to happen.

The school already knew because a day earlier they contacted the parents about his efforts to find where he could purchase ammunition.
