Lawry’s and pepper on chicken is just right for throwing on the grill. (year ‘round griller, here) I haven’t found anything much that doesn’t benefit from Lawry’s. Ever tried it on buttered corn on the cob?
No, I haven’t. Corn on the cob is one of those few foods that I prefer unadulterated by seasonings. Roll it in butter, maybe a pinch of salt, and I’m good to go.
LOL!
My grandfather sat down to every meal with an array of condiments surrounding his plate. Before he would eat the first bite, there would be a flurry of shaking salt, tabasco sauce, pepper - whatever. He seasoned everything.
My father-in-law is like that. Me, not so much; I do rely heavily on seasonings when I cook, though. It runs in the family.
