It’s *scary* dry. The worst that I can remember. Snowpack is in effect water storage and I’m watching a meager snowpack go away too early. It’s a bummer all the way down, with tourism (rafting, fishing) and the Colorado River water supply which supplies water for some 40 million people.

Oh, and the fucking fires that take out whole towns. That’s got me losing sleep.

In the meantime, here to your northeast, we are still dealing with high waters due to the late snowstorm that resulted in flood conditions across the Minnesota River valley. We would gladly take a dry spell right about now.
