Good argument that Biden, like Clinton has too much baggage over decades of public service to pick over, and as the saying goes, if you’re explaining you are losing. I agree that the Democrats would be better off nominating one of the younger candidates for President rather than have Biden trying to explain why he voted for the Iraq War and the Defense of Marriage Act, among other things in his long career.

Indeed. I really like Biden but I think his time has passed. The best time for him to run would have been two years ago but his son’s death changed that and that’s unfortunate because I do think Biden would have and still do would make a good President but I think we need someone younger.
