Well check out this number-
50,000 tons of scrap steel/copper/ etc.
Steel $150-$220 a ton, 60,000 tons is about $9-13million.
That assume no copper, stainless steel, (lots of that in a salt water vessel) etc.

That’s a lot of money, and remember those are scrap buyers numbers, obviously they have a profit margin they need so the real price is higher.
