Do we have to experience history to learn it?

I am not sure of many things in this life, but I am 100% certain Kerry understands the situation there, the history and what it at stake better than me, you or DF. That is not to say I think we are close to having a deal there. I honestly don’t think there is anyone on either side who has the intestinal fortitude at this point. I just know that if the current chance is .01%, that is better than the 0.0% chance we have if we DON’T have Kerry working on it.
