I have a question. I saw on Facebook a side-by-side image purporting to be the 2009 and 2017 inaugurations, showing a much lower attendance for Drumpf. I’m assuming that the image showed the crowds still forming, instead of the full attendance? Or was it really fairly sparse?

Estimates that I’ve seen, supposedly from the NPS, are 250,000. Ridership on public transportation was supposedly below that of a normal workday.
