And gosh, EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I see one of these asshats or Kristi Noem or some other GQP figure going on about how we need God in government, I irrationally want to buy a rifle and ammo. It’s irrational because the police and army are better armed than I am. That said, I live in an area with a significant religious minority (Catholic or Mormon, take your pick) that the evangelical Protestants consider either heathens or cultists. All these people may be allied now, but once someone gets their hands on REAL power, that alliance is going to melt like a snowball on a 115F day.
