watching the Bloggingheads video, I thought the contrast between the ‘debate’ styles was pretty telling. Charles actually thought before he spoke and seemed to care about the accuracy of his statements—or fielding the hyperbolic responses of Conn. Conn seemed to listen smugly, waiting for a buzz word to jump on and inflate to a alarmist generalization. The pro suicide take on Charles’ response to a lame question about the epidemic of euthanasia (one state) was shameful. What happened to shame, anyway?
