Not to mention that cheese is inherently unhealthy, given that almost all adults have lactose intolerance to one degree or another.

Cheese is weakness of mine. Not all cheeses but enough. Fortunately it’s expensive enough where I can’t eat so much and turn into a big balloon.

Of course what I find fascinating here is the conflicting roles of the USDA. Especially in the case of adding more cheese to Domino’s pizza and promoting cheese consumption in general while at the same time promoting lower fat diets.
