Evidence? I would need something more than a passing remark to conclude that Michelle Rhea fudged the numbers.

I’m more ready to believe that the system before she came, and after she left, stubbornly continued, and continues, to fake its results. But do you have any evidence that she cooperated in that, or condoned it? Do you even have any evidence that it happened, other than evidence by similarity?
