Exactly. Obama has already gone farther into Israel’s corner than any President in US history. First by stating that a prerequisite for statehood is the Palestinian’s explicit acceptance of Israel’s right to exist, and second by mandating that any theoretical future Palestinian state would be non-militarized. The first criteria hasn’t been met, therefore he will veto.
