FYI, I attended a New Jersey Library Association meeting and recorded a “banned” author (#9 on recent 2010 list) admitting the ALA told her other books were challenged more than hers but hers was put on the list for political reasons: Banned Books Week is Gay Promotion? Author Admits ALA Faked 2010 Top 10 Challenged Book List. In other words, the list is faked.
