I believe that will only address a part of the problem.

There is a whole reloading business that has grown exponentially in the last 20 years.

Despite the well-known LGF nic, I thought that was more of a hobby thing. I can’t see the cartels participating, when they are awash in money and can buy whatever they want.

We need more CBP officers, so more vehicles can be searched without killing cross-border business.
