Given it seems like it’ll go through, I hope the opposition to this takes the opposite perspective and just spams the state with lawsuits that naturally follow from this decision.

Should we hand out conception certificates? Does a fetus get a social security number? Can you declare it as a dependent? What kind of tax withholding does it qualify for? Is a fetus eligible for the State Children’s Health Insurance Program? Does it count as it’s own Medicaid beneficiary? Is it Contributing to Delinquency if you drink while pregnant? Can a fetus inherit property? Can a judge declare it an emancipated minor?

Should we have funerals for miscarriages? Do you have to declare them with the state? Can you take out life insurance on a fetus? Should we retroactively add nine months to all of our ages?

I want to see lawsuits about all of these, until the people realize how incredibly dumb they’ve been while trying to circumvent Roe v. Wade
