That’s only assuming that they act in an undemocratic manner, or refuse to relinquish power once voted out.

Given their undemocratic goal, that of further unification of Islamic religion and state, it’s more or less a foregone conclusion that they will act in an undemocratic manner (democracy does not boil down to a mere majority vote).
