So, if one or several wingnut election officials decide not to put Obama (or any otherwise legit candidate) on the ballot… is there any legal recourse? I don’t have the slightest idea how things like this work, but surely there must be some mechanism in place to stop these idiots from just arbitrarily fucking around with the state ballots just because they feel like it.
