The Texas GOP wants to see a return to literacy tests, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they decide to take a shot at overturning the 24th Amendment, given that they didn’t ratify it until 2009, and might be having second thoughts.

Ah, yes…the literacy tests. Questions (really!) like:
” How many bubbles are in a bar of soap?”
