It looks like he had the 10 year old down the street design that for him. The American flag GIFs don’t match and none of the buttons (which obscure a line of text) even work.

Gawd, people are still using FrontPage?? I haven’t seen one of those in a while, but recognized it right away. Checked the source code—sure enough, FP 5.0, heh.
