It’s not a skirt, it’s a kilt. There are several makers of modern kilts that include camouflage versions. I wouldn’t wear a camo kilt, but I might wear a solid color, alternating with my MacKay tartan one.

Oh, and the pouch in front is called a sporran. Never seen a camo one for sale. Seems to be a bad idea if you dropped it.
