I like Bones because of the characters and the romantic involvements. I know the science isn’t that great (although supposedly based on a real forensic anthropologist). It’s sorta popcorn or cotton candy of TV for me, since I don’t watch reality TV.

I like the Bones show because I have read all the Kathy Reichs novels, but Tempe on the TV show is a completely different character than Tempe in the books.

Rizzoli & Isles is even worse. In the books, Rizzoli is the plain, fat one and Isles is the knockout brunette, also Isles boyfriend is a Catholic priest.
