Ryan needs to clap back immediately by replacing Nunes as Intel Committee Chair. Trump has a bully mentality, so if Ryan doesn’t make it clear that passive aggressive shit like this WILL incur consequences it’s going to keep happening.

And the chances of that are?

20% at best. I think Ryan is scared of him and afraid it may cost him his district next election. So he will be hoping the Senate does something.

By the way, I agree the GOP Congress should use this against Trump, but they need to decide they will have to take the kickback from Trump and supporters if they start to stand up against him. That’s where I think they will balk.
