And I remember when another babbling racist fascist-worshipping imbecile challenged George HW Bush for the nomination in 1992. That was the Beltway punditocracy ‘s favorite conservative racist uncle, Pat Buchanan.

Someone like Trump winning the presidency has been my personal nightmare since 1979.
