I don’t know about you all but I still think it’s easier to talk to a person on the phone about a customer service issue than an automated voice. As I said, automation does have its uses. I’m not saying get rid of it but understand that it’s not a panacea.
I think Yang’s fear that we are all going to be replaced by robots is a tad overblown.
