Gingrich really has no idea what can of worms he’s opening up down the road because it would be a massive expansion of presidential power and a significant cut in power of the judiciary, which necessarily rules to determine the constitutionality of actions of the other branches.

I continue to stand by position that by simply taking this stance publicly, Newt is courting disaster by risking having segments of the voting public take this seriously.
