It’s a fair point, but at least the mole and Gawker are open about what they did and willing to face the consequences without obstruction. On the other hand FOX and Murdoch’s other operations have a history of unclean hands with the phone hacking scandal and publishing the stolen East Anglia emails. If turnabout isn’t fair play at least it’s hilarious.

Good point. What Gawker was doing with said Mole was largely a publicity stunt in an almost light hearted manner. News Corpse, which includes Fox News, was engaged in wide spread rampant phone hacking, bribes and other illegal activity in the UK. This activity violated the right to privacy of British citizens including family members of the war dead. There is no moral or ethical equivalency here.
