Good luck. Hiring manager or HR person? If the latter, it’s always good to push for a face to face with the hiring manager. You want the HR person to report enthusiasm about getting a face to face. And when you do, have your homework done. You want to ask smart questions…questions that make them think. It will go further than good answers to their questions for you.
Hiring manager. I’m not going to get a face to face, though, since he’s in California.
