I don’t know why it comes to mind now, but when the tea party started I said that movement was more about stupid people who felt put upon than it was about conservatism. It’s about rejecting every policy or theory that requires any intelligence or knowledge at all to understand. They want government of the stupid, by the stupid, for the stupid.

Brawndo. It’s what tea partiers crave.
