Wonder what Gov Rick Perry will create with his filing? Anyone know what this action will produce?

Probably not much. I’s most likely just a publicity stunt. The conservatives have a thing for revolution and separatism these days so anti-government stuff is an instant hit. If he pushes this too far congress will just cut off funding to Texas and they’ll get back in line.
I don’t appreciate the effort on behalf of conservatives to stoke civil unrest and create a Constitutional crisis. We have a serious financial crisis and shit like this does not help.
