I hate New Year’s.

Me too. Going out to the bars is just an invitation to get gouged. You go to a bar that never charges a cover and always has $4 beer on tap, and suddenly you are charged $25 to get in and the beer is $6. All so we can count from 10 to 1.

I try to just go to parties. Unfortunately, as I get older, they are getting more rare.
