With my SiL being Peruvian, I’ve fallen for that cuisine. Brother and I with our Euromutt heritage like to joke about our cultures shared love of potatoes.

Considering that one was conquered by Spain and the other by England, I’m not sure that’s a recommendation.

Also very popular with the Germans, who were conquered by everybody else….
