Here’s another concern: access to media is pretty tightly controlled in prison, isn’t it? What if the only access to information is Fox?

There is more than one way to insure votes go the way you want when you have absolute control over the voters.

I know plenty of people outside of prison who fit that, and they get to vote. Also, though, do you think a lot of prisoners are actually swayed by Fox that weren’t swayed by it outside?
